quote:Both. I'd go through Fairhope/Daphne and take the causeway to the "H" bridge and loop around Mobile. Because any entrance to the tunnel or interstate on-ramp to tunnel will be fricked.
Will everyone be leaving on Sunday or Monday to head home?

as far as leaving, we normally get up at daylight on the 5th heading back to beat traffic

if you head down the Causeway and go through the old tunnel (The Bankhead) and drive a few blocks into downtown, look for South Claiborne Street on your left. Its right on the side of The Holiday Inn.
anyway, turn left on Claiborne and follow the I-10 signs back onto the interstate.
that's if you don't want to loop around the whole town just to avoid the tunnel traffic.
i guess it depends on what time of day your heading back and traffic may still be a bitch even when you try and get back on I-10 but still... just another option to consider.

Don't try and church it up, son. You know what that bridge is called.
