The standard OT Baller has a weekend/Mardi-Gras pad on St. Charles that they stay in when not on their compound on the Diversion Canal.
Their weekend getaway from the place on St. Charles is a 2,000 SFLA little number in the French Quarter or somewhere in Faubourg Marigny so they don't have to Uber or street-car it back to their place on St. Charles.
So all in all I'd say 2-3 million (USD)/year for this type of set-up in NOLA.
