I agree with you. And I guess maybe the subjective/arbitrary enforcement is what's affected, probably misleading to say the investigation would be since that is headed up by Uncle Sam.

You're right, Manfred isn't actually doing the investigating. I hate to be the guy that ends up taking the fall for this. What are the potential legal ramifications?
