shite no, it's not. Gulf freeway will be having major construction for at least another 2 years...probably more. It is absolutely GOD AWFUL right now.
League City, CLear Lake, and Friendswood are great neighborhoods and school systems, but I45 right now is just unbearable.
I'm 58 minutes to the med center from League City right now during rush hour...in the HOV lane!
To the OP, I have friends in Summerwood right now. I would choose there of the three you listed.
