I don't bring my phone in to meetings and yesterday as I was speaking I noticed three texting or reading and I just stopped talking. They realized it and stopped. And when meeting was over their boss ripped their arse.

I'm in a monthly meeting with directors and managers and it is so out of control! One director brings an ipad and two phones, finally someone called him out and he hasn't returned---good riddance!
