There would be no possible way to enforce this. There are too many guns out there to make sure everyone stays hush on the subject. That would be like banning talking about cars on the internet. You just couldn't do it.
If they want a revolution, pass it and try to enforce it.

I don't think they have enough agents to go knock on every swinging dicks door who makes a comment or post about a gun. They couldn't enforce it if they just did facebook alone, much less the entire internet. Not to mention somebody in another country could easily make a comment then they spend time and effort into tracking somebody who they can't even prosecute. It's all stupid.
