Glad you're enjoying it here. 
I've been living here the past year and a half and absolutely love it. Sure, the winters are no picnic and as a southerner I'll never get used to them, but it's worth it for the kick arse summers and an all around amazing city.
I recommend going somewhere to catch the Blackhawks game tonight, the city loves this team and the bars will be electric (I'm watching at home so I can flip to the Hawks during LSU/ULL commercials). If you need any restaurant or bar recs, just holla

What's your favorite steakhouse? Bavette's and David Burke have got the best reviews from what I've seen, I plan on getting a nice steak tomorrow night.
