I'm not claiming to know how the conversation should go, but something's fricked that this kind of crime occurs so often that it's almost the norm.

How far back were the good old days? I remember in the early 90's when a woman put her newborn in a trash bag full of bleach, and tossed it down the garbage chute at Alabama State. These types of terrible crimes have always happened. We're just more exposed to it now.
