My buddy lives there. The women are not attractive and you need to stock up on flannels to fit in. He is a social guy and said there are a ton of odd people and nerds there who are in awe that anybody would start a conversation with them.

I am definately not a hipster. My sister and her husband are hipsters and I hate hanging out with them and their friends and putting up with the "organic" "gluten-free" "craft beer" garbage.

One day I would like to move back to the South where I belong, but that will have to wait. I have an old teammate who plays for the Seahawks so hopefully he can put me in touch with the right people

Prepare yourself for being surrounded by Obama voters and eco-nuts(see kayak protest of Exxon drillships). Pretty area if you can ignore the people. Do not tell them you are from Texas.
