I have been to #7 and #14 on this list and they were great. Way better than a cruise IMO. The food there was top notch as were the drinks. They were a little more than some of the other place but I think it is well worth it.
You can still go out and explore, but it nice to come back to a place that you don't have to worry about the food/drinks.
