Are you serious? Because with a wide stance you're able to wipe everything. I don't see how you could possibly wipe everything leaning to the side with your arse cheeks squeezed together. Not to mention if you dont lean high enough I imagine your hand would come into contact with the toilet lid. That sounds like a uncomfortable position to be in, probably hareder on your knees and frankly rather nasty.
