Driving from Fort Bragg, CA up to the Avenue of the Giants area was a gorgeous drive as well. We drove up Pacific Coast Hwy for parts of that. Twisty roads with stunning views of cliffs overlooking the Pacific ocean. Felt like I was in a car commercial.

Albany, NY to Burlington, VT in the fall
Boulder, CO to Rocky Mountain National Park
Tampa to Clearwater/St. Pete (and back), after a rain in the summer with the top down/windows down (make sure to check for lions first)
ETA: Seattle, WA to Vancouver, BC to Whistler, BC
