Depends, but not ATL bad. That is next level.

If you live 30 miles South or East of Nashville and commute in everyday, it could be brutal. 24 to Chattanooga is a bottle neck and 65 South to Brentwood/Franklin isn't much better. However there are lots of jobs in those cities that wouldn't require a commute.

Anyone in Williamson County east of 65 needing access to the city is a fool. I mainly work 37069 and property values here are going insane due to people realizing the snowball effect coming to the East side of Will Co. Least expensive new construction home zoned for Grassland Elementary is 849k

i've lived here since 1996 and have never had a problem with my commute except during snows.

course i've always driven in on 40 or hillsboro road.

frick 24, 40 east and 65 north.
