Thank you Captains. And to clarify this is the only thing we were even considering. I'm not a legal expert but I believe this is different than suing. And to further clarify I do have insurance but I am sure the cost will be well into the thousands. Keep in mind that I'm that I'm only asking a question people. Some of you need to chill out.

Your health insurance will ask you where it happened and they'll try to recoupe their money from your boss' homeowners.

Yes. People think when you file a claim you're suing. Not the case at all.
