My guess is he doesn't want the job for whatever reason, be it not competing with his mentor JVG or maybe he really wants to coach the Lakers, and his camp gave no reason for why he didn't want the job so Vescey's source, who could be the bitter car keying ex in Chicago for all we know, said "Why wouldn't he want to coach AD?
