Seems pretty cut and dry what happened here.

What lead to the situation may seem cut and dry, but how it was handled doesn't. Did she really need to be handled forcefully just because she was rude? The cop was rude too and ignored her please to be gentle since she was pregnant.

The cop was not being forceful. She reacted to simply being touched on the arm. She reacted by turning away to prevent being arrested. She controlled the entire incident.

It sounds like she acted like an aggressive fool to another driver, punched the driver's window glass in a threatening manner, was pissed and defensive that the cops were called, was defensive from the start with the cops, refused to allow them to engage her in civil conversation so they could try to de-escalate the situation between the women, and the resisted arrest, forcing the cops to take her to the ground to put cuffs on, when they first tried to apply them when she was standing.
