He has said multiple times that he is not sure how or if it will apply in this situation, but is simply making everyone else aware that the rule is out there. Yet, you are going out on a limb to draw an inference that since he is visiting LSU that the rule won't apply.
First, you doubted that the rule existed because he wouldn't post it for you, then after he posts it, you move the goal posts claiming that you are sure the rule won't apply in this situation because he is taking a visit.

No, the point was he went on and on saying ND won't be eligible and no one really knows for sure. The guys a dickbag that has added nothing to the conversation and only posted the rule once prodded
