Airplane travel when you don't have business the same day is the exception. If I am flying intercontinental, there is a pill involved too, I love sleeping away a long flight courtesy of the duo of Glenlivet and opioid. The problem of Jet lag is then solved after eight or ten hours of that sleep too.
