Most dental or elective surgery clinics don't really have finance people. They either do their billing in house (office manager) or they hire an outside billing company. So, unless you want to be a clinic manager, it's not really an option.

Now, you could work for a group that employs those types of physicians, but there aren't many small clinics like that who have a need for their own finance department.
