Both........He had a 10-2 season...and yes he brought in some real good players for Saban to work with. But Saban had three games in 2000 that put LSU back on the Map nationally and to another level... Miss St. Tenn. And beating Bama AT Tiger Stadium for the 1st time since 1969... Plus he took a team that was 2-9 the year before to a bowl game and an 8-4 record...........

Not sure what your perspective is on the matter, but Saban took a good team with very good recruits and made a very good team. Miles took a very good team with elite recruits and made an elite team.
Dinardo took a team out of purgatory and made them competitive for the first time in decades.
