Sorry, as much as I'd like to see LSU win another NC, I just don't see it happening under the Miles leadership.

Question, did you ever think miles would guide lsu to an undefeated season, win the s.e.c. championship, and bring lsu to a SECOND n.c. game?

I know a lot said he was the next larry coker and never believed 2011 would happen.

the reason I ask, is if ANYONE felt this way prior to 2011 and is still not happy with miles, then you have no credibility. didn't believe before, you were wrong, and making the same emphatic statements now.

p.s., I didn't think he would but I'm not saying he can't now. 2011 was lsu's best team in their history. better than the 50's, better than 2003, better than 2007. yes they don't have a n.c., however, they were the best. they still beat every single team they played. something 2003 or 2007 can't say.

Response:

So your saying "2011 was lsu's best team in their history. better than the 50's, better than 2003, better than 2007. yes they don't have a n.c., however, they were the best. they still beat every single team they played". BUT the team failed on large part because of les in the NC against alabama. Because he was a Hard Headed coach who's lack of adjusting to what alabama was doing to his team was largely why LSU lost.

2005 was the only team IMHO that I can argue was as good as 2011. 2005 had the bad luck of a new coach, hurricanes and no off weeks.

Bama got a Mulligan and came out on top. We beat them, they beat us, that's how it goes with 2 great teams. They absolutely should have split the title with a Bama win considering we played twice and both win one, They made the "Game of the Century" mean absolutely nothing. Think about that... The BCS fricked us on that one. That would be the same as having a 6 game NBA series and giving the winner of the last game (both with 3 wins) the title. But let me guess... If he would have played Lee we would have won?

Why did lsu beat Alabama in the game of the century that year? On Alabama's home turf? Because Alabama failed on large part because of Nick in the game of the century that was set up to allow one of the two teams play for the n.c., Nick saban was hard headed in trying to kick 50 plus yard field goals. He failed to adjust to the option lsu was running against his Alabama team. Alabama lost that game because of him.

see how that works? so nick gets a pass but miles don't. got to love it.
