Fenway for sure. The new Yankees stadium didn't do anything for me. Fenway is 103 yrs old and kept up nicely for that old time feel
And you might not want to rent a car in Boston. It's crazy to get around and parking is ridiculous. Cabs and subway work just fine. Get a lobster tail (pastry) at Mikes on the North End

I think Mike's is a tourist trap, super long lines for something you can easily get elsewhere in Little Italy/North End.
