I brought my car in for service this morning because an engine light was on, which generally relates to an emissions issue. The first question he asked was if I leave the car running while refueling. Said it does something oxygen related. I've never done this, but apparently it can cause legitimate issues.

Lucky you didn't get hit with the "O2 sensor replacement" where they just screw the gas cap back on
