Yeah, Amon Goeth is much worse than Hitler in every sense of the word. Sure Hitler is responsible for all of this, but it's not as if Hitler was directly offing people in the same way Goeth was. All you see in the film, Goeth actually did, like murdering 25 people for one guy who tried to escape and leaving that guy alive to clean up his mess. Amon Goeth is without question the greatest non-fictional villain.
