You need to shop around more. You should be able to get 4 quality tires from an online retailer for at least less than 100$ a tire.
Eta: don't let the tire mileage warranties influence your decision. Filing a successful claim on them requires extensive documentation of purchase, vehicle ownership, installation and maintenance ( ie service records of rotations, inflation pressure etc)
