And the colts ball deflated over a half of football in those conditions to under the low limit. Which is what could've have easily happened to the Pats balls during halftime

That's if you assume that the two teams started the game/half with the same level of air pressure
Idk all the science behind it, but PFT has been reporting that they only had one ball that couldn't be explained by the ideal gas law
