probably one of the most nervous moments of my life was being depo'd once. i had to be very careful to not make the enemy look too bad due to certain reasons.
and one time i had to testify for my brother in a case where he was trying to get his money back on something expensive he bought that turned out to be crap...his lawyer told me to cry when i got on the stand. i had to fight back church giggles.

I've also got to depose a witness so it won't all be just sitting back and stifling laughter, but I'll be lucky to get out of there by 6pm. This lady can talkkkkkk
