I was blowing down 290 in Houston doing about 70 and traffic started slowing up. This guy in a van with a flat was stopped in the far left lane. He was standing behind the van talking on his phone. His wife or SO was sitting in the passenger seat. What an idiot.
Trooper showed up and told him to immediately get off the road.
