Hyundai Sonata fully loaded
The Sonata and the Chrysler 200 are my go-to for the intermediate car class rentals because they are much more comfortable and ergonomic than the poorly designed Ford Taurus and they look better than the Camry rentals.
I would not buy either one of them though, as I tend to keep cars for 7+ years. Chrysler and Hyundai both have a well documented history of making problematic cars. Their resale value suffers as a result.

Really? They have the best warranty in the biz. I think it's 5year/50,000 mile bumper to bumper and 10 year/100,000 mike power train. Why would they offer the best warranty if they did not last?
