Fool Proof Method....works every time.
I use this method in my 80qt pot, usually after a crawfish berl...
Bring seasoned water to a boil.
Add shrimp.
Return to a good boil.
Immediately shut off fire.
Add 5 gallon bucket of ice.
Soak for 9 minutes.
Peels like a charm.

that's my method too. i eat a few undercooked ones in the process but it's all good.
