That's retarded and completely impractical to determine in most cases. Beating someone in the head who is either unconscious or no longer willing/capable of resisting is chickenshit unless you are in a life or death struggle.

No, if someone fricks with you until you are forced to fight you should be able to beat them until you feel they learned their lesson
