Private business bitching because gov't is being an a-hole daddy..im with Harrahs and I don't smoke and think its fricking disgusting

The city doesn't get much, compared to what the state gets in tax revenue from Harrah's. Not that NO can afford to lose a nickel of income, but bulk of the Harrah's money collected goes to the state.
