re: Wife is angry because I won't go to a John Cougar Mellencamp concert

Luckily, my wife and I have similar musical taste. But she does like some indie pop stuff I dont care for. She can usually find a friend to go with but if she cant, I go with her. Last week, she drug me to Father John Misty and I guess next week I have to sit through Spoon. But I've made her go see The Residents,Cleric, Sturgill Simpson and Ed Kaspel so it goes both ways.
