Absolutely. STL Rams fans questioned the Aaron Donald selection last year because of our existing DL depth, but in reality that pick was excellent as the Rams DL is now so filthy that opposing offenses have to gameplan around it.
Indirectly, that shored up a bit of weakness in the secondary as well, as opposing QB's don't have the time or pocket to throw down field.
