you don't need any fancy woodworking skills to build a blind. nail some plywood to a frame of 2x2s and you'll be pretty much there. Lots of good examples with a quick google search.
Whether you have it built or build it yourself, you can easily plan for transport. I built one that size last year in my garage which is about 3.5 hours from my lease. I built it in 5 pieces. the floor, 4 walls, and roof, each on their own frame. Dry fit in the driveway to make sure it is square-enough, then just stacked the pieces on a small trailer. Once we got it to the field we built a small tower using the floor, then just assembled the pieces on top of the floor. I had no prior experience building something like this and it still went fairly smoothly.
