Freshman in basketball come in each year and have a big impact on the game. It isnt the same with football. I think Simmons can average 15/7/7 which will be a terrific year. Anybody expecting him to score 25 a game is setting the bar too high. I think if we sign Kasango to finish this class with the right matchups we can reach the final 4.

Simmons is not a huge scorer. He plays a team game and passes the ball. But if he gets 7 assists a game that would not just be a big impact but incredible. Most elite point guards only average 5 to 6.
I think that with all of the double and triple teams Simmons will get, he will get fouled a lot. I think his scoring will depend a lot on how well he shoots free throws.
