You won't get the 1099 until next year. Perhaps you could shed a little light on this part time job? It's difficult for someone to help with zero information.

I'm realizing this is a big question.

So my income will be taxed federally in my tax bracket 25% which is more like 18%. And state tax rate is1-6%

Social security is included in my federal right? But will I have to pay an extra 7.5 % for ss?
