I would want to say more, but we have all-time great get less than two before, such as Shaq or Kobe. The two of them (plus Duncan who won two) were more or less the best players in the game for a decade.
I would think Davis becomes the best player in the league in the not too distant future. I would expect he would win two MVP's, but there is no way to tell. He is already a top seven player at absolute worst (LBJ, Durant, Westbrook, Curry, Harden, CP3).
If I was in the Pelicans front office, my entire life would be consumed getting Davis to sign a lifetime contract. I would start a team with him over any other player in the NBA, and it is not even close.
