There, that what you were expecting? I thought both were great and I'm excited about the season.
It legitimately appears that from January to August, both QBs are poised to make as big of a leap in one offseason as Mett did.
60% completions and 2000 yards looks a lot more attainable now than it did prior to the game.

You'd think there was nothing for posters to criticize
No problem. On those days people just criticize the lack of criticism.

Anyone extrapolating success or failure from the spring game...

This. The 2011 spring game was the worst offensive performance I have ever seen in a spring game. Having said that, it was nice to see the QBs make some plays. You can tell they are working on their play which is encouraging. That's about all I'm taking away.

State and Aub will give us some info, until then we as fans are wandering through the desert.
Neither of them will be able to stop the Tigers' running game. Limiting turnovers and being able to defend their receivers with man coverage will tell the tail in both of those games.

How can you not be at least a little encouraged by both QBs finally using their safety valves? The LSU football team completed several forward passes to the tight end yesterday. Say that a few times to yourself so it can sink in. Even it it's just the spring game that shows a significantly improved understanding of the offense from both guys.

Because we always see improvement in the spring game. Promise from one or another QB. It's a spring game, some of the defensive players are walkons.
We've heard every offseason for the past 8 or so that the QB or QB's have improved.

I don't know, last year didn't look all that promising. Jennings looked like crap and Harris was like 11-27 despite a few big throws.

Dude....You are taking this spring game a little to serious... It was fun to watch some football even though it was a glorified scrimmage.. There is no way of telling how these players will react when a real team is coming at them.........

except that, you know, for the first time in a few years, we actually have a lot of experience coming back that HAS seen a real team coming after them....again, you are a complete troll without a clue.

the troll has spoken. You don't know how good it feels to me to hear you say that prediction, given your track record. Piece of shite picked LSU over Bama last year...it was the kiss of death....fker is always wrong.

Hell dude it was doom and gloom by you after the AU game... You said it about 100 times this team will be lucky to win 8 games... At least I have the balls to make a prediction BEFORE the season and stick with it........
