Just read about putting artichokes in with the corn, potatoes, mushrooms, and onions.

LOL. I'm Catholic. Typical crawfish boils occurred on Good Friday when I was in Louisiana...no meat.
Pretty traditional...mushrooms were just added back in 2005 or so.
