Sure, he was being a mean arse bitch in that moment but like I've said, tow companies are frickers and its hard to feel bad about people shitting on them.
People don't just act like that in one heated moment in their life. That's a situation that brings out your true character.

I've seen some really nice people say some really horrid and douchy things when they reached their breaking point and flipped out.
That doesn't mean they are secret POS fricks. It just means they had a meltdown and went overboard.
