Fidelity was pretty good for me. They have a good selection of commission free ETFs to buy, which I think is a good way for a novice investor to put a little money in the stock market. Vanguard is similar, but, if you were want to buy non-vanguard etfs or individual stocks, it's a little pricey.

Fidelity is great.

Plenty of research

Good prices

great customer service

great investment return tracking

'full view' allows you to put other brokerage, checking, credit cards etc onto 1 page
