$2,800 and nearly a year of treatment and my neck pains are as bad as ever. There's a reason most insurances don't cover them. I let several family members convince me it would work.

Mother-in-law works for one so I get in free. I go when my sciatic goes nuts and one treatment make it manageable for me. No idea on anything else though.

You have wack insurance then. All I pay is a $5 co-pay and I get 10 visits a year. Seems to help me a good bit but not everyone is going to react the same.
