1. Spring games are NOT games. They are controlled and scripted scrimmages.
2. Performance in the final scrimmage of the spring has no more bearing than performance in any of the other spring practices.
3. The single use of fan determinations is as high comedy.

Why is that? It's as close to a game situation as they get to in the spring. If the purpose is not to evaluate players on their performance in a semi-game setting, the spring games should not even be held.
This should give us at least a look at the qb's grasp of the plays and leadership of their "team". If Miles chooses to ignore an obvious frontrunner in the position, which doesn't seem uncommon behavior by him, we as fans will just have to deal with it.
Can't wait for the fall!
