Who the hell would boil crawfish for 15 minutes? Enjoy your sea mush.

I bring the water to a boil and drop the crawfish and literally turn the burner off as soon as they hit the water and they soak for 45-60min. I know ice speeds it up, but I never use it. I just drink beer and listen to music as I wait.
