Anyone have tips on how to get human effigies? I spent my final one last night and need to come up with more before I move on to taking on Iron Keep.

The old hag merchant doesn't sell any more and hasn't sold any since her initial 5.

I've wiped out most of the forest of giants, Heide's tower and portions of Lost Bastille. Using the travelers cap(?) and tried using rusted coins to increase luck and no dice. So any one have tips on how to get more or where I can buy more?

They really don't come in abundance until Shrine of Amana and the Undead Crypt.

Do you have a bonfire ascetic? If so you can burn them at the first bf in the Forrest and get five of them from the chest - where you drop down from the bridge.

You can also trade smooth and silky/prism stones with the crows.

I think you get one for killing am invading phantom.

The one at the entrance to the iron keep bridge may drop one for you.

If you aren't planning on re-doing your character build in your current playthrough, you can go back to things betwixt and kill all the old hags in the opening room and get 9.
