I like Terry. I think his overall point is right, the one he is trying to make. I just don't think it's ever that cut and dry as "they don't coach them up".
Personally, I think they recruit the wrong type of player at the QB position. It's not a mistake the best QBs this program as had since miles took over was Russell, Flynn and Mett.
The common theme is they don't run. They stayed in the pocket. This dual threat QB non-sense is great in theory but bad in practicality.
You have maybe a small subset of QBs that can run a spread offense effectively. And how many of those spend much time in the league? Even fewer that are longterm successful.
