Food stamps should be managed like WIC. But they need a mandatory cooking course. Most people today have no idea how to cook for a family and basic nutrition.
I feel like I never have "money left over...to go gamble" and I'm well-paid.

Yes only beans, rice, oil, eggs flour etc.
Nothing that is already made. It is much cheaper to make it that way. And they have plenty of time to cook...
