re: Patients smoking outside the hospital

Its way worse now. Hospitals used to have designated smoking areas. Fenced in "cancer corrals" if you will. Now pretty much all hospitals are "smoke free." Of course patients and employees still smoke but the only place they can do it is right in front of the hospital on the sidewalk with thousands of cars passing by.

This smoke free campus thing is a dumb farce.
