Le Creuset is well worth the extra money imo. I have a couple Le Creusets, one cajun classic, and one of the celebrity chef sponsored ones that I can't remember.

Bought her the Le Creuset 9 1/2 qt Doufeu.
Have yet to even take the tags off and we are both happy with the purchase. I wish it came in the purple color but had to settle for red.
